Julie Swearingen has been helping buyers and sellers in the Houston area with their real estate needs since 1987. A resident of Houston since 1969, she is certified in Referral and Relocation by the Women’s Council of Realtors, holds the Graduate Realtor® Institute (GRI) designation, the Certified Home Marketing Specialist designation (CHMS), and is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE).

A grandmother of five, Julie is particularly passionate about children’s issues, and has worked in the courts in her volunteer role of Court Appointed Child Advocate for Child Advocates, Inc. She is also a passionate animal lover and animal advocate.
