Melissa's career path has allowed her to gain and develop experience in Customer Relations, Corporate Policy, Real Estate, and Small Business Management. As Co-Owner of a local IT Consulting firm with her husband since 2005; which they are still growing. During that time, she developed management and customer relations skills, as well as technical skills. Melissa is a hard-working and determined go-getter who knows when and how to get things done. Before that she spent 10 years in corporate customer relations developing the skills necessary to be an excellent negotiator and salesperson. Remarkably, Melissa has taken all of her past experience and focused it on her love of real estate and her passion for helping families like her own through the decisions involved with buying and selling their homes. This paved the way for her to optimize her skills in consultation services, negotiating offers, marketing listings, client representation, and project management. Kari then pivoted her real estate focus into the residential market when she moved to Texas. She firmly believes every place called home is where memories are made and cherished. Colleen began her real estate career in 2018. She lives in & specializes in helping buyers & sellers in and around Katy, TX, just outside of Houston. She is dedicated to providing top-notch service & an exceptional experience to all of her clients. She is a mother of two daughters, grandmother of two grandsons, and happy pet mom of a boxer and sulcata tortoise. She enjoys the outdoors, loves to garden, dance , sing, and she is learning the guitar. She is very active in her church and her community. Colleen has a servants heart.
