Jessica transitioned to residential real estate from careers as a commercial agent and an eight-year stint in Houston's oil and gas industry where she negotiated contracts with major and smaller operators while actively focused on mitigating risk."Working in two high-octane industries, commercial real estate and the oil industry, taught me to thrive under pressure," Jessica says.
