Janice Ratliff is proud to be a native Houstonian and truly believes Houston is a phenomenal place to call home. After working for an independent developer for several years she decided to embark on a career in real estate. That was 1988! She's never looked back!

She particularly loves the interaction with her clients and the challenge of bringing buyers and seller together for a win-win for all! "I like to 'spoil' my clients."

She has been featured as one of the top producing agents in Cinco Ranch several times. Living in Katy since 1989 she has seen vast changes.

Ron Johnson, her husband is a licensed Realtor and has been working as her associate and professional photographer for the last 15 years.



Janice and Ron have been residents of Cinco Ranch for the last 28 years and have been giving back to the community in many ways. They are the local Santa and Mrs. Claus for over 34 years and have held many fundraisers benefiting the homeless children of our city.



Janice is a Master Scuba Diver and has spent many years as an underwater photographer. She and Ron have traveled all over the world escaping to the wonderful exotic destinations to spend their entire week underwater. I cannot imagine a better way to regenerate my personal battery so I can get back to work with a fresh face on life! Nothing can scare me..... I dive with the sharks!
