Alicia's recommendation was actually slightly above what I initially figured we'd list for, but about 30% higher than the first agent had said.<br />

Our home took over 90 days to sell, but Alicia never once recommended we drop the price (we discussed day 1 our goal to sell for a higher price and she was 100% on board through the entire process).
