Alicia helped sell a property

We initially reached out to Alicia for a second opinion on selling our home. She came prepared with data to support the price range recommended, not just comparable sales but also tours at various price ranges. Alicia's recommendation was actually slightly above what I initially figured we'd list for, but about 30% higher than the first agent had said.

We listed the house and Alicia held countless open houses to help drive traffic (I know she at least did 10-15, but probably way more). Our home took over 90 days to sell, but Alicia never once recommended we drop the price (we discussed day 1 our goal to sell for a higher price and she was 100% on board through the entire process). We sold within 5% of the list price. Alicia was great to work with and always kept us updated throughout the process, we would highly recommend her!
