I, Valarie Myers, am a real estate broker and owner of LOCALITY REALTY and can assist you with new constructions, luxury properties, resale properties, multi-family, investment opportunities, and commercial real estate in the Greater Houston and surrounding areas.

Born and raised in Cartagena de Indias, a Caribbean City, UNESCO World Heritage City, in Colombia, Roy studied Industrial Engineering in Bogotá. After graduation, he went to work for BASF in Germany in the Marketing Department for Latin America. Later on, he gained a Master of Business Administration – MBA and a Master in Business Informatics - MBI in the Rotterdam School of Management of the Erasmus University in the Netherlands.

Through HAR I'm currently on the TREPAC Advisory Committee, Governmental Affairs, and the Professional Development Committee. Through NAR (National Association of Realtors) I'm currently on the Conventional Financing Committee.
