After a long, satisfying career in International Trade Management and Sales, Wanda found herself drawn to real estate—a true passion of hers.

Now—many years later—here she is and loving it!

Wanda has originated loans and have a thorough understanding of the lending process. Her experience on the builder side allows for knowledge of new home sales negotiation techniques to an art. She has earned numerous customer satisfaction awards because she truly cares about each customer's well being throughout the real estate transaction.

Wanda has a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing Degree and has extensive marketing ideas to assist in the sale of her client's home. Additionally, she can guide all buyers in what to expect of the home buying process and provide a pleasant experience. Additionally, Wanda has received her Luxury Designation.
