Born and raised in Cartagena de Indias, a Caribbean City, UNESCO World Heritage City, in Colombia, Roy studied Industrial Engineering in Bogotá. After graduation, he went to work for BASF in Germany in the Marketing Department for Latin America. Later on, he gained a Master of Business Administration – MBA and a Master in Business Informatics - MBI in the Rotterdam School of Management of the Erasmus University in the Netherlands.

Having worked in different countries, different industries and with different people, Roy understands that a key factor for a good deal is to exceed the expectations of clients and customers. Roy is constantly looking for that information that brings the leading edge: first-hand information from colleagues, buyers and sellers, city officials, developers, domestic and international realtors and neighbors. Roy become a REALTOR in 2004 and is specializing in assisting investors, individuals, and families achieve their real estate goals in the Houston extended area, The Woodlands, Spring, Tomball, Magnolia and Conroe. Roy, whose born name is "Rodolfo" has three kids, two dogs and a turtle. When he is not working, Roy enjoys cooking, traveling, reading, and spending time with his family and friends.
