Monica Darr

Monica Darr was born and raised on a farm in Missouri and moved to Angleton, Texas in 1978. Since being a resident of Brazoria County for over 40 years has given Monica the opportunity to build a strong sphere of friendships and relationships with businesses. She became a licensed agent in 1999.

Monica has been a consistent top producer within the Real Estate office of which she is associated ever since becoming a REALTOR. She belongs to the Angleton Chamber of Commerce, is a member of Houston Association of REALTORS, Brazoria County Board of REALTORS, plus is a lifetime member of Disabled American Veterans Auxiliary. Monica currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Brazoria County Board of REALTORS and on the Board of Directors for Texas REALTORS. Previously, Monica has served on the executive board for Brazoria County including serving as President and on the state nominating committee for Texas REALTORS and as a Director for Texas Realtors.

Monica's specialty is in single family residential sales working with buyers in all price points. She, also, has experience in land sales and some commercial. Monica makes it a point to continue educating herself in all facets of real estate and always to stay in touch and call you back promptly.

Monica feels that today's buyers and sellers need to be prepared with all of the tools at hand so they can make informed decisions concerning their financing and property search.

Monica is married with 3 children, who are, also, married. She has 3 beautiful grandsons, a gorgeous granddaughter, 1 cat and 1 crazy black lab named Bo. She loves spending time with her family but, also, loves to travel and go out to a great restaurant for a wonderful dinner.
