Brittney Moreno sold a piece of property for us in Bay City. She was professional from the first moment. She worked thru the process with ease, keeping us informed of every detail. No detail to small. I can't recommend her highly enough. Dealing with 3 partners ,each in different cities one out of state isn't an easy task. Brittney made it go seamlessly and quickly. Kathy Peters helped us buy/sell in Lake Jackson. She helped us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She was honest and had great communication. We always felt comfortable reaching out whenever we needed to. We truly feel like she had our best interest in mind at all time. We would highly recommend her to our friends/family and will use her again in the future if needed.

"If you want a realtor that is personable, professional and knowledgeable, Sarah has all those qualities plus more. Her biggest asset, is her ability really listen to her client s concerns while giving honest yet very helpful feedback. In our situation, Sarah had to maintain communication with myself and my husband in the midst of us navigating a separation, but she did not play favorites and was considerate in making sure we both left the closing table happy. The most amazing and unbelievable part of our experience with Sarah was not only did she deliver on getting us top dollar, but she managed to get us under contract within 3 days of listing and closed within 30. We worked with American Realty for 3 years as property management for our house after we moved away, then also with Nell Linder to sell our house once we decided to stop renting it. Both groups were very helpful and communicated well with us while we were living out of state. They were prompt to respond to issues from tenants (at least from our side), and handled as much as possible on their own. I would recommend working with them again. Nell was really fantastic selling our home— very proactive, involved and motivated. There were several updates we needed to make before putting in the market. We were able to do everything long-distance with her help. She found everyone we needed to get all the things done fast and easily. Our house sold quickly after going on the market after getting three offers at/above asking price. Highly recommend working with her!!

Kim was a great partner in our efforts to sell our house during a time where the housing market was not seller friendly. Her knowledge of market conditions combined with her patience and willingness to explain the benefits and risks associated with what Buyers were asking for guided us through a very satisfying experience. I would recommend her to my friends who are selling or buying a home. Very happy with her and the outcome of our sale.
