I was struggling and did not even know where to start since my case was very unique involving international property transactions and an ongoing divorce, and talking to this trusted person, I received the 100% recommendation to talk to Kristy. I am sooo glad I did! Throughout the whole process, she not only guided me providing multiple options, but also was extremely knowledgeable when it comes to spot small (but absolutely critical) details around the properties - from little details in corners that could be a sign of leakage, up until almost invisible recent or past repairs in walls that only a savvy professional pair of eyes could see. Long story short: we looked at several houses, she was always in communication and looking to fulfill all the needs for my family to be happy in our new future home!
