I met Kristy through a recommendation. I was struggling and did not even know where to start since my case was very unique involving international property transactions and an ongoing divorce, and talking to this trusted person, I received the 100% recommendation to talk to Kristy. I am sooo glad I did! Throughout the whole process, she not only guided me providing multiple options, but also was extremely knowledgeable when it comes to spot small (but absolutely critical) details around the properties - from little details in corners that could be a sign of leakage, up until almost invisible recent or past repairs in walls that only a savvy professional pair of eyes could see. Long story short: we looked at several houses, she was always in communication and looking to fulfill all the needs for my family to be happy in our new future home! The process on my side was absolutely smooth, she had great contacts and she went above and beyond to support us during the difficult time we were going through! I felt special the whole time, and I was impressed and astonished on how hard she works and how fast she follows up on requests and questions! Oh, and not to forget: as I mentioned before, my situation was somehow unique from a realty perspective (in the middle of a divorce + Involving international property transaction), so she not only was looking for the houses, but even took the initiative to take a 4 hour divorce specialization class on the side and consulted an expert on the realty field (specialized in this very specific area) to make sure we would get the best and safest outcome out of this transaction! Kristy is the best, I would not use anyone else, and in the future will look forward to working with her on property investments.

Michelle is an amazing person and realtor, anytime I had a question she quickly responded. She was constantly back-and-forth with the leasing agent and myself working out the kinks to get us into this house to rent. And it was not an easy feat. I guarantee it! We needed a house quickly super short notice. We have three large dogs, that was a struggle alone.
