Paige loves working at Realty Austin! She views her role as a Realtor as more of a service provider and Realty Austin provides the right environment for that attitude. She helps people find or sell properties that they love and uses her skills and experience to negotiate the best deal possible. Buying and Selling is a huge decision for everyone. Whether she is representing a buyer or seller, it is important to know that her clients walk away having found exactly what they need so they can feel good about their experience.

Paige Howell Dahiyat graduated from Baylor University with a degree in Marketing and Real Estate in 2005. While in school she also worked in apartment leasing/management and interned in commercial real estate. Since graduating, Paige has worked as a full time licensed Realtor in the Austin area.

Paige spent her first 6 years in Austin working on a high volume real estate team. During that time she worked extensively with Austin luxury properties and Central Texas farm and ranch properties and was responsible for approximately $150M worth of real estate closings. On her own, Paige has focused primarily on residential properties but prides herself in her ability to work multiple facets of the market. Her experience has afforded her the opportunity to learn how to handle most things that might arise during a contract period. She can effectively communicate with clients to determine their needs and use her knowledge of the Austin area and local real estate market in order to help them turn their dream property into a reality.

On a personal note, Paige loves being outdoors, cooking, spending time with her family, and playing with her dog. Due to influences from her childhood, she has a love for antiques and projects. In her spare time she can often be found enjoying Austin at its finest – on the patios of different local establishments enjoying the music, cuisine and weather Austin has to offer.

He holds a degree in communications from the University of Texas, and is a proud Longhorn. Adam has over 20 years of experience in the housing industry, with 15 of those years as an active Realtor. Adam prides himself on finding luxury properties, that becomes a forever home for his clients!! He also has a diverse knowledge of construction and remodels, and is an expert when it comes to foreclosures. Adam's goal is to make the home buying process an enjoyable experience for his clients. He's always available to answer questions and guide his clients through the sometimes difficult buying or selling process. Adam tells clients what they need to hear, which may not always be what they want to hear. He knows honesty and communication are key when it comes to achieving a successful home purchase or sale, and he prides himself on always being honest and open with his clients. As a family man with children himself, Adam understands what his clients are looking for in a home or neighborhood. His in-depth knowledge of the Austin real estate market also comes in handy when helping his clients make a decision about their home. In his free time, Adam likes to stay active. Some of his favorite activities are surfing, snowboarding and chasing big fish.

Having lived in 4 continents, I have learned that no matter where you are, relationships are at the heart of every aspect of life. The Golden Rule is indispensable, we must treat others with the same integrity, loyalty and respect that we expect for ourselves.  These are the principles upon which I built my career.

Like most Austinites, Ashley fell in love with Austin in college and though she left her home state, (TX gal, born and raised!) for a short time to the Midwest to work in an advertising agency, she quickly returned to her favorite city to begin her career in Real Estate. Ashley's strong work ethic, passion for people, marketing background and service industry experience meets the demands of the Austin real estate market. Ms. Brinkman started her career in property management, leasing and investment sales in the UT area. She then transitioned to Prudential Texas Realty (now Berkshire Hathaway) on one of the top producing teams not only in Texas, but the nation. After her years in residential sales, Ashley accepted a new challenge and took the responsibility of selling and marketing two, 4-Star Austin Energy Green condominium projects in the Central Austin area for a developer and has now found herself at Realty Austin (voted one of Austin's Best Places to work!). While she has an Accredited Buyer's Representative accreditation (ABR) Ashley thinks she is fantastic with "hand holding" first time buyers and walking them through the purchase process, and she has the testimonials to prove it! Her enjoyment for marketing and experience helps Sellers receive maximum exposure as well. Ashley prides herself on being honest. She strives to keep communication open and has a "straight shooter" type of attitude which many people appreciate. Ashley never wants to stop growing as a person. She thrives from meeting new people, continuing her real estate education, and constantly pushing herself to achieve her real estate (and personal goals). With that she loves to travel and photography is a big hobby of hers. Her mantra just may be "work hard, play harder" as Ashley likes to fully enjoy life. She can be found around Austin quite a bit, jogging Lady Bird Lake or in Northwest hills, playing recreational sports like kickball and softball, volunteering with Big Brother Big Sister.
