After his retirement in 2003, Stephan took a position as a helicopter pilot with the esteemed Memorial Hermann Life Flight organization in the Houston Medical Center. When he decided to move from his flying career into his longstanding passion of real estate, he brought with him a strong leadership foundation and a competitive and spirited work ethic.

Passionate about securing the maximum price for sellers, Stephan employs a targeted marketing system designed to create competition for the property among the right buyers. In his free time, Stephan enjoys time spent with his friends and family and serving his community and church as a volunteer. He also enjoys staying active at the gym or getting outside and on the water.

I started in 2002 in Las Colinas Texas specializing in golf course communities. Then in 2006 Moved to Aubrey Texas and specialized in Horse and Acreage properties. I moved to the Sugar Land area in 2011. I have experience in Residential , Lots and Acreage, Horse / Ranch, Rental, Golf Course, investment, as well as Retirement communities. I have listed and or sold homes anywhere from $50,000. to 1million. I have vast knowledge in contracts and am a skilled negotiator.
