Prior to launching his real estate career, Stephan served in the military for twenty-four years as a helicopter pilot. After his retirement in 2003, Stephan took a position as a helicopter pilot with the esteemed Memorial Hermann Life Flight organization in the Houston Medical Center. When he decided to move from his flying career into his longstanding passion of real estate, he brought with him a strong leadership foundation and a competitive and spirited work ethic.

Passionate about securing the maximum price for sellers, Stephan employs a targeted marketing system designed to create competition for the property among the right buyers. A fierce and effective advocate, Stephan negotiates effectively on his clients' behalf to complete the sale with the least inconvenience to his clients.
