I have lived in the greater Houston area since 1982. I settled in the Rosenberg/Richmond area in Fort Bend County. The diversity of Fort Bend County is what drew me here in 2015 when I sold my home of nearly 30 years in Houston. Rosenberg and Richmond have a small-town feel, while being in close proximity to Houston.

I enjoy spending time with and attending my grandchildren's sporting events that range from gymnastics to softball. In my free time I like to explore my community and have found many hidden gems in the area. Rosenberg and Richmond have some of the best small businesses that I love to visit. This includes some of the greatest coffee shops, bakeries, wine bars, a local brewery, as well as a wide variety of amazing locally owned restaurants.

After 15 years in Logistics, I decided to make a career change to Real Estate as I grew up watching my grandfather make a great career and many friends as a land and cattle man. I'm Loving every minute of it. Making families dreams come true and life long relationships with clients.

I have been a resident of Fort Bend County most of my life. Teaching school in Lamar CISD and Ft. Bend ISD help me to become familar with the communities. Upon returning to the work force, she took advantage of an opportunity to open her own franchise which she successfully owned & operated for over 5 years. At that time, she chose to pursue her lifelong dream of real estate. Tonya immediately excelled and in her very first year, won several achievement awards including a Rookie of the Year award and worked her way into the top 20% of her market center of nearly 400 agents! She will, however, be the first to tell you that she does not measure success through those awards, rather through the great satisfaction and referrals of her clients.
