Current economic conditions have led RAGAL to expand its base of operations to the USA, and more specifically to The Woodlands, Texas. Roger's wife established her Interior design business over 25 years ago in the Woodlands as another family member has started his own architecture firm. Roger grew up in Louisiana, met his wife in college and after graduation they married. He started his career in the Oil and Gas Service Industry fresh out of college. Within 3 years, his career took him overseas, first moving to Africa for a couple of years where he served as Country Manager and they eventually moved to Aberdeen, Scotland where they started their family and lived for an additional three years. After living overseas for half a decade, they decided they wanted to raise their children in the US, returning home but moving to Texas for career opportunities.

The experience of living overseas allows Roger to better understand the special needs that those who are relocating to the US for the first time require. He has worked to develop a unique network of associates who will assist and help guide any clients that are first time US residents looking to buy a home for themselves and their families.

After growing up in The Woodlands, I have been a resident of Montgomery Country for 30 plus combined years; therefore, I know and love this area that I work and call home. I graduated from Sam Houston State University with a bachelor's degree in Business & Marketing. I offer 16 years of sales & marketing experience which gives me a sound foundation to work effectively with clients. In real estate, I have qualified for and received my Accredited Luxury Home Specialist designation ALHS, and my HRLYPTS designation. I have a great passion for interior design and I enjoy being able to offer assistance in staging and home preparation to my clients. I strongly believe life is about experiences and making memories. Jennifer and Mike have two sons and a daughter-in-law. Sam and Sarah are graduates of Texas A&M University and live in Houston. Kyle attended The Woodlands HS and is currently studying at Oklahoma State University.

In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys traveling, watching sports, tailgating and connecting with friends over a great meal.
