Roger Pool joined the real estate industry as a realtor after many successful years in the Oil and Gas Service industry. His entire career has been based on first understanding each client's unique needs and then focusing on providing each with as many great choices as possible that fit those unique needs. Having enjoyed the benefits of the tremendous life and lifestyle in The Woodlands for over 30 years, he has loved living in this beautiful community with so much to offer on every front! Roger's wife established her Interior design business over 25 years ago in the Woodlands as another family member has started his own architecture firm. Roger brings all these resources and knowledge to the table for his clients.

Roger grew up in Louisiana, met his wife in college and after graduation they married. He started his career in the Oil and Gas Service Industry fresh out of college. Within 3 years, his career took him overseas, first moving to Africa for a couple of years where he served as Country Manager and they eventually moved to Aberdeen, Scotland where they started their family and lived for an additional three years. After living overseas for half a decade, they decided they wanted to raise their children in the US, returning home but moving to Texas for career opportunities.

The experience of living overseas allows Roger to better understand the special needs that those who are relocating to the US for the first time require. He has worked to develop a unique network of associates who will assist and help guide any clients that are first time US residents looking to buy a home for themselves and their families.
