Prior to joining Gary Greene, I spent 16 years working in Outside Sales and Business Development in the Oil & Gas Industry. I gained experience in the business world that provided me with an excellent attention to detail, unmatched negotiation skills to "close the deal" and a love of working with people. As a fifth generation Texan, I have spent my life in the State and attended Texas State University. In my personal time, I am an active member of the community and involved in numerous organizations including The Mayflower Society, St. Dunstan's Episcopal Church and served on multiple PTO boards as president. In addition, I have been active in the National Society of Daughters of the American Revolution since 1996 served as Regent three times for the Spring Creek Chapter in The Woodlands. I have also served as a NSDAR State Chairman three times and am currently serving as the NSDAR State Vice Chairman committee for the State Regent's Products to benefit Brook Army Medical Center.
Dave started investing in properties in 2006. Instead of selling his first home, he rented it to a friend who needed a place for his family to live. Then, guided by his local Realtor, he began looking for, analyzing, and buying properties -- rentals, flips, BRRRR, yield plays, if the numbers made sense, he pursued it. Today, he owns a number of rental properties and is always eager to share the value of owning such an asset. Soon after moving back to Houston, Dave decided to become a full-time Realtor and investor, is now a Licensed Real Estate Broker, and has consistently received awards as a top producer at Connect Realty!
