Larry Sims

Larry is a Texas native who has called Spring, TX home since graduating from Sam Houston State University. He resides in Spring with his wife of over 25 years, Brenda, and their daughter Morgan. He spent the last 25 years in the oil & gas industry and is eager to take the multitude of skills and experience realized in that industry to work for you. Larry prides himself in his passionate and heartfelt drive to serve his clients' best interests. He is dedicated, knowledgeable, and committed to assisting his clients with listing, renting, and investing in real estate. Larry is an energetic real estate agent with an unrestrained work ethic who exhibits an exceptional attention to detail. He serves the Houston metro area and strives to deliver prudent and objective real estate advice to his clients, while providing the highest level of customer service. When time permits, Larry loves spending it with family, which includes two dogs Gypsy and Maya. Larry and his family are forever dog lovers and advocates of adoption and rescues (which is how Gypsy and Maya joined the family). When Larry is not taking real estate classes to keep abreast of the most current trends and market education, he enjoys movies, dining out and being beach-side.
