I love living on the coast. I have sold new homes, done apartment locating, worked with first time home buyers but I love to sell island living on or off the island. You feel like you are on vacation every time you turn into the subdivision. Don't get me wrong, I sell all over Houston because when you have a growing family you need your focus on schools close by, amenities for the kids and close to their friends. I try to listen to a customer to find out what it is that they need, and we go find it. And there are times when I give you the advise that you must get a local realtor that understands the area.
