Emily Kung was born and raised in Taipei, Taiwan. She moved to Houston and graduated from the University of Houston Downtown with a BA in Finance. After many years in Corporate America, Emily's appreciation of architecture and design led her to a career in real estate. Annie knows firsthand the uncertainty and opportunity that accompany a major relocation half-way around the globe. Annie earned a BA degree in International Business Studies from Texas A&M University (minor in Tourism Science) and started her professional career as international sales lead for a global supplier of electronic hardware and components. After eight successful years, she transitioned to the hospitality industry, working and managing trade shows and hosting corporate events. She has had the opportunity to work with and represent multi-national Fortune 500 companies in the technology, automotive and oil & gas sectors. Annie has spent the last seventeen years in the Houston area and is no stranger to the local real estate market. She can see potential and identifying the updates that make a house a home. She has managed large-scale interior/exterior remodeling projects from start to finish, bringing the vision to reality. Kevin graduated from the University of Houston, Bauer College of Business, Wolff Center for Entrepreneurship with a degree in Entrepreneurship and minor in Marketing.

Houstonian by heart and choice! Originally from Mexico, I have lived in The Space City for 36 incredible years! I've been married for 25 years, and having two kids helps me understand the importance of finding a home in the right neighborhood for my clients and their families. After graduating from college, I started my journalism career, which spans over 20 years with several major English and Spanish television news networks in Texas. I covered incidents and celebrations within Houston and its surrounding areas. I met many people from all walks of life, which allowed me to understand the residential area that fit their lifestyles and priorities. As children were growing up, our family lifestyle and preferences changed, so in 2009, I decided to get my license in real estate; nothing has been more fulfilling to me than seeing my clients' faces when they closed on the home of their dreams! Helping my clients with the buying process is my passion. I believe that we continue learning and enriching our knowledge throughout our lives. In 2015, I returned to college and got a degree from UH in psychology, with minors in Mexican American Studies and Journalism. I also earned a Masters degree from Pepperdine University in Clinical psychology.
