My name is Aries Milo and I am a long-time resident of the City of Port
Arthur. I graduated from THE Texas Southern University where I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Administration of Justice with a Minor in Public Affairs in 2010.
I continued my education at the Institution and received my Master's Degree in Urban Planning & Environmental Policy with a Double Concentration in Land-Use & Public Administration in 2016. So when it comes to land, I am your go-to girl!

In 2020, I was voted Rookie of the Year by colleagues while teaching at Port Arthur Alternative Campus.
In 2022 I was selected as one of Southeast Texas 40 under 40 young Professionals.
In 2024, I became a Licensed Realtor in the great State of Texas.

I am Currently employed by the City of Port Arthur where I serve as the City's Senior Planner- Development Services, in the Planning & Zoning Division.

Being employed for a Local Government Municipal Corporation in Development Services, and receiving my Master's Degree in Urban Planning & Environmental Policy with a double concertation in Land-Use and Public Administration makes me well versed and extremely knowledgeable in:

I have been through the real-estate & development process myself.

I'm a full-time realtor who has called the serene East TX area home for over 12 years, although my family is from here so I have been visiting since childhood years. I was born and raised in Big H. and raised my family in the Tomball/Magnolia area before moving to East Texas where I fell in love with the country lifestyle. After having a empty nest, I focused on my dreams of staging, flipping homes and becoming a realtor. I have always been around the construction field, which has enabled me to have a great knowledge of every aspect of homes. This helps me to make the right decisions for my clients when they are buying a home, while providing pointers in preparing your home for sale in order to make it more desirable to buyers. I am available to answer questions while having lots of communication in order to make the selling and buying process stress free. A native Houstonian with a background in construction, Vansh is adept at market analysis, resourcefulness, and time management.
