I highly recommend Rhonda Hopkins. I was on the hunt to find the perfect home for months. I can be a very picky so having Rhonda partner with me throughout the entire home hunting and purchase process made things a breeze. I have found that most realtors are not very thorough and very hands off. That was not the case with Rhonda. From the start of the home search process, Rhonda did a thorough intake of what I was looking for in my dream home. Rhonda was on top of all the homes in the market and would send me matchings listings as soon as they were listed. The market has been hot, so timing is of the essence and Rhonda was on top of it. Once we did find the perfect home, she helped me negotiate to not only get the best deal but also negotiated several options added on my home valued in the thousands. When it did come down to the contract, Rhonda was very thorough and help me navigate the contract, HOA, deed restrictions, etc. Thank goodness I had Rhonda being so thorough, as she was able to spot some issues with contracts that would have posed significant risk in the future. Fortunately, because of the sharp eye, we were able to renegotiate terms of contract. Overall, working with Rhonda has been the best experience I have had with a realtor to date.
