I have over 20 years of experience in branding, marketing, and public relations initiatives for various corporations, dentists, small businesses, artists, musicians, realtors, and other entrepreneurs. I started my career as the Marketing/PR Manager for Port Freeport, a Texas Gulf Coast public port authority. I transitioned into commercial real estate as the Director of Marketing/Public Relations at Yancey-Hausman, a large commercial development company. I led the re-branding of the company as a leader in development, leasing, management, and sales of commercial properties in Houston and Austin. As a consultant, I also offered marketing and public relations guidance to Association Management Inc., the largest real estate association management company in Texas. I was a Marketing Manager and mobile notary for Shawn, Black & Associates and enjoyed partnering with local realtors to teach them marketing initiatives to grow their businesses. In my role as a Regional Marketing Manager for Pacific Dental Services, I co-create and support the execution of the strategic online and direct community marketing for 75 general practice and 12 pediatric dental offices in Texas and Louisiana. My husband and I started Coastal Dreams, a residential handyman and painting business, in 2020 and have been helping our clients get their homes ready to lease or sell. I have been working with my broker, Sean Cerelli, over the last year learning the Galveston County and Brazoria County real estate markets. I truly love partnering with clients to help their real estate dreams come true!

I live in the Cypress area and have been amazed at how much it has grown. I cannot say I spealize in one specific area but as a seasoned agent, I am well aquainted with so many communities in and around the Cypress, Katy and Energy Corridor areas. Working in the Greater Houston market covers so much ground! Never a dull moment! The Heights, Midtown and other inner city neighborhoods have so much historic charm that I enjoy to show to new and originial Houstonians. Never a dull moment! Most recently, I have noticed the expansion of Houston has drawn interest towards more rural and open spaces of Waller, Bellville and the Byran/College Station areas to Montgomery and beyond. I have fallen in love and can appreciate that difference in pace. Due to the pandemic, there has been a shift in the possibilities for home buyers. I feel in part, it is due to more and more people having the opportunity to work from home. This has allowed for more flexibility when narrowing down in area of interest. My story started in California but over half of my life has been here in Texas. There is nothing quite like my beloved west coast but there is nothing quite like the Lone Star State! I am grateful to have settled and set roots in Houston. There is so much opportunity here and that is why people seem to gravitate to this diverse city. I am a proud wife to a Houston Firefighter and Mommy to the two sweetest little boys in the world. My family is my world! EVERYDAY is a gift. Let's see...I can always go for brunch! Espresso, live music, reading and traveling are things I enjoy! Wandering through & getting lost in Texas towns is something I always look forward to. My husband introduced me to the world of Golf...I am a huge fan. To my family's amusement, my oldest son and I have become avid "backyard bird watchers" and I have slowly become the "plant lady" ... it's the little things that hug the heart & melt long days away!
