Amber Wyatt

I have over 20 years of experience in branding, marketing, and public relations initiatives for various corporations, dentists, small businesses, artists, musicians, realtors, and other entrepreneurs. I started my career as the Marketing/PR Manager for Port Freeport, a Texas Gulf Coast public port authority. I transitioned into commercial real estate as the Director of Marketing/Public Relations at Yancey-Hausman, a large commercial development company. I led the re-branding of the company as a leader in development, leasing, management, and sales of commercial properties in Houston and Austin. As a consultant, I also offered marketing and public relations guidance to Association Management Inc., the largest real estate association management company in Texas. I was a Marketing Manager and mobile notary for Shawn, Black & Associates and enjoyed partnering with local realtors to teach them marketing initiatives to grow their businesses. In my role as a Regional Marketing Manager for Pacific Dental Services, I co-create and support the execution of the strategic online and direct community marketing for 75 general practice and 12 pediatric dental offices in Texas and Louisiana. My husband and I started Coastal Dreams, a residential handyman and painting business, in 2020 and have been helping our clients get their homes ready to lease or sell. I have been working with my broker, Sean Cerelli, over the last year learning the Galveston County and Brazoria County real estate markets. I truly love partnering with clients to help their real estate dreams come true!
