Rachel Solar is committed to giving the best possible service to every client regardless of their price level or time line. “I am driven,” Rachel says. “Driven to make my clients happy, driven to be a leader in the Houston real estate market, and driven to succeed.”
“I greatly enjoy the working relationships that I forge with my clients, so many of whom become good friends,” Rachel says. “I am patient, loyal, and work hard as an advocate and defender for my clients to ensure that they have the best possible outcome. I am creative when faced with challenges, but I always adhere to strong professional, moral and ethical guidelines.”
Highly conscious of the ever-changing nature of the housing market and the real estate industry itself, Rachel attends continuing education classes, forums and lectures on a regular basis to ensure that she is always up-to-date. “Real estate is a constantly changing market, not only on a day to day basis within each neighborhood but also in terms of technology and legal and regulatory aspects as well,” she says. “It’s important that I am knowledgeable on what is happening so that I can adopt better practices to serve my clients.”
Rachel transitioned into residential real estate sales from a successful career in sales and non-profit fundraising. A native of Paris, Tennessee, she attended Trinity University in San Antonio and has lived in Houston since 2007. Rachel and her husband, Sebastien, a native Houstonian, have two young boys. When her busy work and home schedules permit, Rachel enjoys time with her family, which includes their Tibetan terrier, running, cooking, reading, and traveling.

It is my priority to keep you well informed throughout the whole process. From my experience as a full time realtor, I understand the importance of aligning myself and my clients with an expert team of professionals. Over the years, I have accumulated a list of trusted referrals and will be happy to share those with my clients to help with the process of selecting the right team for you.
Growing up, I became quite familiar with the moving process, since my Dad worked in the Oil and Gas Industry. I am originally from Aberdeen, Scotland, but have lived in five different countries and over twenty-three houses. Making so many moves starting at such an early age, has given me a unique perspective on how each move can affect a family, especially when children are involved. This insight allows me to ease stressful situations and afford you with the smoothest move possible. It is also the driving force behind my passion for real estate. No matter where you live, it is always important to find a “home”.
My family made our home in Cypress, where I attended high school and have lived for the past twelve years after returning from the U.K. I live there with my wife Crystal, who is also in the Real Estate industry. Crystal is an Escrow Officer at First American Title and has been in the business since 2002. It is quite handy having your title company contact available all hours of the day, as well as on weekends and holidays.
When we are not working, we enjoy spending time with our son Wills. Our family is very active in the community through several local charities, our son’s Cub Scout Pack and with me volunteering as a Watch Dog at Black Elementary. I have found that being a member of several community groups has not only bettered me as a person, but it also helps me to keep a pulse on the ongoing changes in the area.

Vanessa Bruegger’s background as a banker and her fluency in Spanish make her an ideal Realtor for clients in an international business hub such as Houston. Born and raised in Houston, Vanessa understands the city and is enviably equipped to present it to corporate transferees who are moving here from around the world and to Houstonians who are moving across town. “As a banker, I learned the importance of really caring about the people whose accounts I managed,” says Vanessa. “I prioritized keeping them in the loop on everything they needed to know – and I treat my buyers and sellers in the same caring way. Purchasing or selling a home is a scary process for many people and can be overwhelming. I am there to help guide the process, keep them informed, and look out for their interests.” Organized, reliable and loyal, Vanessa’s determined, pro-active approach makes her the Realtor of choice for a growing network of clients. “Meeting a variety of people is one of the things I like most about selling real estate,” she states. “no two days are the same.” When not working, Vanessa volunteers at Second Baptist School where her children are students. She enjoys spending time with her husband and family, cooking, watching movies, and sewing. Vanessa and her husband, CEO of an oil field services company, support the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo as well as a number of significant Houston charities and are members of Houston First Baptist Church
