With over twenty-eight years of Accounting and Finance, including REIT experience, Candace launched into the realty industry following a family dream. Candace has more than 14 years of experience as a Realtor, including luxury real estate, residential listings, commercial leases, 1031 exchange transactions, and short sales. With this experience, Candace discovered a formula of merging her financial background with the ever-changing real estate market and created the Wise Living Group. She has recruited the best and the brightest team members who collectively represent the experience of 40 plus years of real estate, banking, financial accounting, and marketing expertise. Native Houstonian, Pamela Mancilla, has been a certified teacher since 1998. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a minor in Spanish from the University of Houston. As a teacher, she was able to use her profession to fulfill her passion to serve and help others. The experience she gained as an educator has seamlessly transferred to real estate. Approachable and with a keen ability to understand her client's needs, she utilizes a very personal touch to walk them through the real estate transaction. She uses her teaching skills to make sure her clients understand every step of the process. Pamela is currently volunteering as an ESL teacher at St. John Vianney Catholic Church. She served on the ESL Project Team at St. John Vianney which studied and reviewed curriculum for the new book adoption. She has been part of the Coordinating Team for VBS for the past seven years at St. Cyril Catholic Church. She taught a first grade religious education class at St. John Vianney for seven years. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and reading.
