Candace Allen

Candace Allen is director of the Wise Living Group at EXP Realty, LLC, a group of realty experts hand-selected to provide our clients with customizable services and excellent real estate experience. Candace is a graduate of the University of Saint Thomas, where she received an MBA, concentrating in Finance. With over twenty-eight years of Accounting and Finance, including REIT experience, Candace launched into the realty industry following a family dream. Candace has more than 14 years of experience as a Realtor, including luxury real estate, residential listings, commercial leases, 1031 exchange transactions, and short sales. With this experience, Candace discovered a formula of merging her financial background with the ever-changing real estate market and created the Wise Living Group. She has recruited the best and the brightest team members who collectively represent the experience of 40 plus years of real estate, banking, financial accounting, and marketing expertise. The Wise Living Group is currently brokered by EXP Realty, LLC, a cloud-based cutting-edge brokerage that is presently shattering growth records. Today, Candace enjoys volunteering and spending time with her family and her two pups.
