Billy Bishop, a Houston native, began his real estate career after working in New York City on Wall Street for Oppenheimer & Co., Inc. where he was part of an internal sales and marketing team for the company's asset management division. Since returning from New York to pursue Real Estate, Billy has received numerous awards including Monthly Top Sales Agent, Monthly Top Listing Agent, Monthly Top Leasing Agent, Top Lease-Listing Agent in 2015 and Bernstein Realty's 2015 Rising Star Award which recognizes an agent who is dedicated, a hard worker, a team player and is always willing to help others. Billy graduated from Tyler Junior College with an Associate's Degree in Business Administration followed by a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Finance. Playing tennis in college, Billy was All-American at Tyler Junior College and Marist College as well as the 2010 NJCAA National Champions and 2013 NCAA Division I Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Champions.

Estelle Elles was born in South Africa, and completed a Law Degree before joining the South African Foreign Service. In 1983 Estelle was transferred to Houston and worked as Vice Consul. She married a Texan, Jim Elles. Jim is a licensed Realtor. In 1987 Estelle got her Real Estate license and has been active in all aspects of residential real estate. She enjoys working with buyers and sellers in all areas of Houston and surrounding communities. When working with relocation clients, she likes to give them a broad overview of Houston, and then finds a property that will best fit their needs and lifestyle. During her 24 years with Bernstein Realty, Estelle has been honored many times with various awards of distinction. Estelle was named Top Producer of the company multiple times. Estelle received the Achievement of Excellence Award year after year.
