My son is a 1st responder and was connected with Polly through the Homes for Hero's Program. My son started looking for homes with Polly. After a short amount of time, she determined that he needed to think outside of the box, ie new build. Polly and my son found a new build, in a new subdivision. Something we had not considered. Polly was hands on and walked him through the entire process including receiving a check from Homes for Hero's. At the end of closing, she presented my son with his 1st housewarming gifts, which included a custom made "Welcome HOME" sign.
