For my buyer clients, I will provide the following: 1. give a step by step list on how to successfully buy a house; 2. listings in neighborhoods of interest including information regarding schools, infrastructure, taxes, recorded public information, plats, homeowner's association dues, flood zone information; 3. loan processing; 4. homeowner insurance information; 5. study title commitment for title defects and liens; 6. provide samples of inspection report used by licensed inspectors; 7. accompany clients to inpection; 8. request a survey and explain encumbrances; 9. negotiate contract and repairable items; 10. inspect repairs; 11. remind client to turn on utilities prior to moving in; 12. explain the HUD settlement statement prior to day of closing; 14. go to closing

Revisamos el estado de HUD para estar seguros que los costos son los previamente acordados en el contrato de venta. Usamos nuestro conocimiento de contaduria para desglozarle todos los costos.
