Before even from college graduation and obtaining a BS in Science of Business Administration, Juan Carlos Maldonado began his professional life working in the consulting family business of imports and exports in his home Country Colombia, helping important leading business in textile sector to improve their ability to expand operations.
Following after graduation at E.A.N. School of Business Administration in his hometown Bogota, Colombia, he made a major decision to move to the United States to work in the Educational sector. After making Houston his second based hometown he began his career in Real Estate with a mind of an investor, acquiring several income rental properties.
