Yolanda Marshall

Yolanda E. Marshall is a Strategic Leader, Enthusiastic Speaker, Motivating Instructor, and Well-informed Real Estate Broker. Yolanda is a native of Alexandria, Louisiana later relocating to Houston, Texas where she has made a home for her and her family. She has earned an Associate of Applied Science in Real Estate, a certificate in Property Management. To further her education she has a BS in Psychology and a Masters in Strategic Leadership with an emphasis on Organizational Leadership. Also, she has earned a Master's in Business Administration. She is an alumnus of LeTourneau University.Yolanda has been in Real Estate for more than 28 years, she has been a licensed instructor since 2006. She has a strong passion for training and instruction. However, she thoroughly understands the effectiveness of listening, for effective communication can solve a multitude of problems. These qualities have led her into the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), particularly Mediation and Arbitration. With years of experience in Property Tax Arbitration, she finds the field of Arbitration rewarding. In addition, to her vast repertoire, she is also a Notary Signing Agent. Yolanda's character deems her to find balance and fairness. As in the field of ADR, it is essential that you possess a strong quality for listening and effectively communicating to bring the best possible outcome. In addition, Yolanda has a great passion for the Women of Free Masonry, The Order of the Eastern Star. She entered the Order in March of 1995 through Deborah Chapter 17 (A.F. & A.M.) of Alexandria, Louisiana. After relocating to Houston she remained inactive until joining Ma'at Chapter No. 1 under the Grand Chapter of Astraea OES, Houston, Texas.In the year 2020, she was asked to lead and become a Worthy Matron and graciously accepted the position of May 2020 to establish Deborah Jael Chapter No. 4. It began with nine founding members and quickly grew to 19.
