Nelva Corona-Vargas, who is a native of Chicago, Illinois, has been a home owner in Lake Conroe and Greater Houston area since 2005. She loves the diversity of lake, city, country, fine dining, cozy cafes and all the opportunities for entertaining her children as well as enjoying all that is offered cultural wise as an adult too. There are museums, art galleries as well as opportunities to explore the great Sam Houston National Forest. Nelva started her real estate career back in Chicago, a few years before she moved to the Houston area. In Chicago she dealt mostly in commercial real estate and enjoyed all the challenges that can and do arise as well as the reward of getting the transaction done. Upon moving to the Houston/Montgomery/Conroe area she still has a passion for commercial real estate, but found that she really loves the area. Nelva lived a portion of her youth in Mexico, where she learned to speak Spanish as well as other dialects. She has fond memories of Mexico as well as the people and culture and has had the opportunity to assisted many whom have come from other countries fulfill their real estate needs and become life long friend.
