Their businesses have included a Childcare Center, a nonprofit Sports Youth Organization, Real Estate, Credit Restoration, Loan Officer Services, Marriage and Business Counseling, and a Television Network. The Adolphs continue serving others by being Real Estate Entrepreneurs who educate others on the real estate industry with their team of real estate professionals. Both are members of the Texas Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. As Christian Leaders, they serve as members at Lakewood Church in Houston, Texas. Willie Adolph is a certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) and a Keller Williams Luxury agent. Willie Adolph is also the recipient of the Keller Williams Eagle Award. This award is given to someone with the highest altruistic qualities and who has shown leadership through service, courage, adversity, and integrity in all things.
