William Wheless

William M. Wheless IV is a fourth generation Houstonian and longtime River Oaks resident. William has a lifetime of exposure to real estate in Houston. The Wheless Family has owned and developed in virtually all segments of the real estate industry including: single family homes, multifamily homes as well as master planned communities such as Cinco Ranch and Atascosita. William's long list of achievements include representing ultra high end clients in buying and selling some of the highest priced homes in River Oaks, Tanglewood, Memorial, Broad Acres and West University. In addition, William has helped his exclusive clients with recreational second homes as well as farm and ranch sales throughout the state of Texas. William's commercial background includes experience with a privately held multi-family developer in Texas, New Jersey and Oklahoma, as well as representing one of the nation's largest senior living developers.

William is a graduate of The Kinkaid School and Southern Methodist University. William and his wife have been married for over 23 years and have five children. William is involved in several charitable and civic organizations throughout the Houston. William's strong inter-personal skills, client focus, and visionary capabilities translate into excellent results for his clients.
