Wayne Comer

Wayne Comer has been involved in planning, design, construction and real estate development services for over 30 years. He began his career with Shell Oil after graduating from the University of Wisconsin with a B.S. degree in Building Design & Construction. During his career he has worked for two of Houston’s premier real estate developers, The Vantage Companies and Century Development Corporation. He was Vice-President of Partners Construction, one of the largest interior contractors in the nation.

Currently Wayne is the Owner Representative for Phillips Development Realty on two twin thirty story condominium (The Mosaic at Hermann Park) with 788 residential suites (17 different floor plans), 18 penthouses, 25,000 s.f. of retail space, 6 levels of garage parking and amenities (Concierge level services, social lounge, fitness center, resort style pool and outdoor dining and much more). These residential homes sale form $200,000 to over $1,500,000.
