Hi! My name is Virginia Robbins, but please call me Ginger, as we will become more than acquaintances going through your Real Estate decisions and transactions! I have been in the real estate business since 2007, and started my career as a licensed Administrative Assistant for one of the top producers in Midland, Texas, closing on an average of 8 homes per month. I am certified in Short Sales and Foreclosure, Texas Affordable Housing, and Brokers Opinion on Pricing and a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute, plus I am constantly taking classes to keep up to date in the real estate field and market. I have had close ties in the area for over 15 years and am very excited to be near my grandchildren. My husband (of 25 years) and I are both active members of Lone Star Cowboy Church, and have connections with the Thai community here in Houston.
