Trish Kincaid

Trish (aka Patricia) Kincaid has been involved in real estate for nine years as an investor & Realtor. She has managed renovations on flips, as well as worked on project management of a new development of townhomes. She has been in the professional world with over 30 years where she worked first as a counselor, then as an IT and facilities director where she managed and lead all aspects of projects in these fields. She is focused on results, efficiency & effectiveness in all she does. Yet she never forgets the human side of her business.

Trish has a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and Psychology and a Master's degree in Psychology. This educational background and training gives her compassion and the ability to be supportive in a real estate process that can be daunting. Her goals are client-centered, always looking for what is best for you, her client. She goes above and beyond to help you find the home of your dream or to get the most out of the property you have listed with her. She has lived in Houston for over 40 years, knowing the city well. When she first moved here, she always said, "I never get lost, I just find new ways to get places."

Trish's motto has been, "what can I do to make your day better." She translates that to the real estate business, "what can I do to make your home-buying experience better?"
