Theresa Fehr

Theresa Fehr admits, “Never in my wildest dreams would I have imagined myself where I am!” Yet, here she is: a certified elementary school teacher who has become a multi-million dollar producer.

A high energy professional with an infectious sense of humor, part of Theresa’s success comes from her perseverance and refusal to let hurdles slow her down. She is conscientious while still being loads of fun.

Theresa promises each client they will receive the best service they’ve ever had! And service is something Theresa is known for. In 1998 she was recognized as a “Quality Service Agent” an honor only bestowed on 1% of Realtors nationwide. A good listener and a good communicator, Theresa works well with people building strong relationships that last beyond the close of the transaction.

The native Houstonian and Texas Tech graduate focuses her energies on the North and Northwest Houston markets but is comfortable working with buyers and sellers throughout Greater Houston.

Married with two boys, Theresa and her family love being on the water and enjoy all forms of water sport together. She is active in her children’s lives, volunteering with their school at Trinity Lutheran.
