Those qualities are immediately evident, and her satisfied clients would add a number of other skills, citing her diplomacy, warmth, and sensitivity. Pam is very service-oriented. As a former teacher and trainer, she enjoys the process of walking clients through the buying and selling process, and gains their trust easily.
