“Exceptional. Professional. A TRUE real-estate agent to have in your corner. We met Zainab Syed during an open house she was hosting in the Woodlands area. We didn't have a real estate agent at the time but we were immediately drawn by how easily she communicated with us. Never during our conversation of the open house was she forceful, pushy, or even over-aggressive in the presentation of the home. On the contrary, she was EXTREMELY persuasive nearly having an offer from us on the spot. We contracted her to help us in our home search as we didn't want to lose the opportunity to have her be our agent. Without delay she began asking us a zillion questions on what we were looking for in our next home and presented us with a variety of options. When we selected the house we loved, there were two FULL-PRICE offers the seller was considering before we made ours. We thought we didn't have a prayer as we asked under listing price but Zainab was always on top of it. I know for a fact she pressed the seller's agent to accept our offer over the other two. Within 24 hours we were surprised to find out the seller went with us! We couldn't believe it! I truly believe Zainab moved mountains to get it done yet her work didn't stop there.
