Prior to her career in real estate, Brynn worked in the Entertainment industry in Los Angeles for eight years. With her unique background of working in film and television, she has extensive experience with sales and high-level marketing. Quality photography, videography, and social media marketing are vital to this process, and as your Modern Realtor, Brynn will incorporate these elements for the utmost success on the sale of your home.
Her passions lie not only in real estate, but also very deeply in people, relationships, and community. Having been raised in The Woodlands, Brynn has witnessed the wonderful growth of this area first hand. She believes in the investment of community, because life is brighter and stronger when people are connected.
In her free time, you'll find Brynn on the golf course, running with her running group, or at a live sporting event with her husband, Logan. They were married at The Club at Carlton Woods in late 2019 and have a spunky orange tabby, Carlton. Carlton was, you guessed it: named after their gorgeous wedding venue!
Growing up in this area was a dream, and Brynn is thrilled to bring this dream into reality for her fellow neighbors.

Courtney Jasper is committed to serving the needs of her clients and community around her. For the past 16 years , she has lived, worked, and raised children in the Houston area and currently calls Montgomery home. Her dedication to bettering the lives of those around her severs as a daily motivation and is clear when you get to know her that she cares deeply about her clients. Prior to her real estate career, Courtney ran a local bakery and spent her days helping customers, managing employees, taking inventory, and of corse, decorating cakes! Alicia began her career in real estate in 2007. She first became motivated to get her license following a very poor experience with an agent she used for a previous home purchase. Throughout the process she felt uniformed and was left to stumble through the process alone. How could this be she wondered? The purchase of this home was such a big event in her life and yet she felt like she was just a number to the agent she had hired to represent her. She knew right then that it could be done better. Way better! And doing it better became her motivation. All these years later her motivation has only grown stronger. A fifth generation Texan, Carolyn knows a thing or two about the Lone Star State and has been sharing her knowledge and a dose of Southern charm with clients since 1982. A Certified Buyer’s Representative (CBR), Carolyn works well with all buyers, but welcomes listings as well. Her career has focused on the successful marketing and sales of country properties, ranches, and acreage as well as vacation and second homes, new home sales and resales. From a country cabana to a city loft, Carolyn can help.
Carolyn’s market area is extensive inside and outside Fort Bend County. With her experience, Carolyn is comfortable in the surrounding counties of Wharton, Galveston, Matagorda, Harris and Colorado. Kindhearted yet tenacious, Carolyn listens to her clients’ needs and works hard to find their dream property.
