I met Peter when I was relatively new to Houston and did not know much about what were considered good areas to buy a house. Previous reviews reflected well when I was searching and I gave it a go because I was ready to get my first home. I was not prepared for the sincere level of professionalism that he brought to the table. I’ve known other realtors and heard stories from others, but Peter did not fit the mold of realtors out to just get you a “house� and move on, he was there to make sure you got a “home�. Being new to the whole process, Peter patiently walked me through every painstaking detail and every question I asked of him. On top of that, he gave me unbiased opinions of each and every home we viewed to enhance my decision of things I didn’t know to look for, but didn’t pressure me in any way; it was all my pace and the market. I took the plunge and bought an awesome home with extreme peace of mind and Peter present all the way to signing the paperwork. Now many years later I found myself needing to sell my home. You can guess who I called. Now I was blown away by an even greater level of polish for the sale process, not that he wasn’t doing a great job before, but he noticeably improved himself in just a few short years (keep in mind he still had over 15 years before). The sale was effortless, and the photography he did made my house look far more stunning than it was; in my opinion. My house sold the same weekend it went up for above asking price.
