Collette is awesome! I have worked with her 3 times, buying twice and selling once. If that doesn't speak volumes for her ability as an agent, I'm not sure what will. Collette really understands the market in NW Houston. When buying, she took the time to understand our needs and wants and both times found us a house that ticked as many items on our wishlist as realistically possible. She won't just tell you what you want to hear, like I have experienced with other realtors. During the pre listing walkthrough, she gave us a list of the most cost effective repairs and remodel items to maximize the list price. Collette had the house staged and photographed by 3rd professionals. The house sold quickly and at a great price.<br /> <br /> On top of the professionalism, Collette is a great person. She has kept in touch and followed up with us for years after each of our deals.

Collette came to our rescue after our insurance tripled our rates because of a claim from hurricane Harvey. She knew exactly what to do to fix it. From there we decided to sell the home and find more space. She sold our home in ONLY 9 days! She had people ready to come see if before it was even listed.
