Collette is awesome! I have worked with her 3 times, buying twice and selling once. If that doesn't speak volumes for her ability as an agent, I'm not sure what will. Collette really understands the market in NW Houston. When buying, she took the time to understand our needs and wants and both times found us a house that ticked as many items on our wishlist as realistically possible. She won't just tell you what you want to hear, like I have experienced with other realtors. She gave us realistic options and sound market advice.

On the sell side, she was equally thorough. During the pre listing walkthrough, she gave us a list of the most cost effective repairs and remodel items to maximize the list price. Collette had the house staged and photographed by 3rd professionals. The house sold quickly and at a great price.

On top of the professionalism, Collette is a great person. She has kept in touch and followed up with us for years after each of our deals.
