Terri Latham is the Broker Owner of White Stone Real Estate and serves the Greater Houston Area. She brings a unique quality and perspective to Real Estate with her experience, knowledge and background. She has spent a total of over 24 years of her life in the Northwest Houston area. Terri is very passionate about the area and the recreational, educational, medical and lifestyle opportunities it has to offer. Terri received her B.A. from Baylor University.Throughout my career, I have pursued continuous education and attained various accreditations, including Real Estate Broker License, Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Real Estate Staging Expert (RESE), and New Home Construction Expert (NHCE). These credentials underscore my commitment to excellence and staying updated with industry best practices and regulations. Terri's focus is to put her client's first.
