Terence entered the Real Estate Business right after earning a BS in Economics from U of H. He is a team leader with the Compass HTX Group and for 13 years has worked in every aspect of the residential real estate industry representing sellers, buyers and investors. Terence enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter when not out hustling to put deals together for his clients. You can count on his expertise in the market, integrity, dedication, passion for each real estate deal and a flat out lot of fun when working together!
